It looks like Rite Aid wants our thoughts on customer service satisfaction and is giving us an incentive to do it; A $3 off $15 coupon! Take the Rite Aid Survey here then enter the 16 digit code located on your receipt. That’s it! I’m so excited! It looks as though this coupon is for up to 14 days after you take they survey and you are allowed three surveys per month.
