My Name is Josie and I live in sunny Southern California and I am a stay at home mom to three beautiful boys. We all know that living in California is a task of it's own and saving in California IS possible! I started this blog mainly to share all the awesome deals out there and show others how to save in any area of life. Even though you may make the commitment to be frugal and pinch your pennies doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice!
Even if you don’t have diabetes these make good carb controlled snacks so your blood sugar won’t spike. Reduced sugar is almost always a good thing
Hi Josie , I just happen to have diabetes and would gladly accept your generous donation of these bars. They are really delicious crumbled over a big bowl of pecan prailine ice cream , THRIFTYs brand of course LOL
No coupon for this item.i just can’t find it in this insert!help!!!
I couldn’t find my $3/1 but you can go to http://glucerna.com/ and print a $2/1 coupon!
Not free but still a good deal! These will be great for my grandma!
dont’ have it also?????…..
is there any way to check what the 10/02/11 ss insert was? the cover i mean? so I can try to remember if i got it or not???
I always find myself trying to jog my memory regarding which insert coupons are in…I just figure if I can see the insert cover I may be able to find it or remember if I even got it .. with the issue of all the papers having different insert….
@Caitlin S – Thank you!
I don’t think we got this coupon, i haven’t been able to find it either.
I am in Southern California and I cannot find this coupon in any of my 10/2/11 SS coupon inserts. It is kind of funny that this is Southern California Savers website and a deal when the coupon evidently is not available in Southern California papers. I get both the OC Register and the LA Times.
@Daniel –
What I meant to say is: “It is kind of funny that this is Southern California Savers website and a deal is presented on their website when the coupon evidently is not available in Southern California papers.
I’m in NorCal and it was in the San Francisco Chronicle, but not in my local Sunday paper.
November is Diabetes Awareness month. I am hoping for lots of free diabetes things for my 13 year old daughter! It is an expensive disease to deal with!
I write the date on the front of each insert because different papers have different front covers.
