  Even if you don’t have diabetes these make good carb controlled snacks so your blood sugar won’t spike. Reduced sugar is almost always a good thing

  is there any way to check what the 10/02/11 ss insert was? the cover i mean? so I can try to remember if i got it or not???

  I always find myself trying to jog my memory regarding which insert coupons are in…I just figure if I can see the insert cover I may be able to find it or remember if I even got it .. with the issue of all the papers having different insert….

  I am in Southern California and I cannot find this coupon in any of my 10/2/11 SS coupon inserts. It is kind of funny that this is Southern California Savers website and a deal when the coupon evidently is not available in Southern California papers. I get both the OC Register and the LA Times.

  November is Diabetes Awareness month. I am hoping for lots of free diabetes things for my 13 year old daughter! It is an expensive disease to deal with!
