anyone elses order get “canceled”? i got an email saying tha tI canceled it which i didnt, and then on top of that they arent recognizing my email, like im not a member?

Mine didn’t get cancelled. As a matter of fact, I just used it. Perhaps some of you bought more than 1 that’s why it got cancelled?
Just checked my email… mine got canceled too! But the money has not been refunded yet. I did buy 2 but used two different email addresses but same card. Maybe thats why? I just emailed customer service.
