If I already got a $10 +UP for buying $25 of Thermacare last week, will I still get a $10+UP for buying the Colgate?

Rose February 18, 2012 at 1:45 pm

I brought colgate total whitening fresh gel yesterday and they produced up rewards.

@ STACY I got the 5th up too for the toothbrush, I wonder if the same is happening with the toothpaste.

Thanks Josie, what an awesome deal! For my 5th toothbrush, I bought a Colgate Plus for $1.99 ($1.59 with my 20% gold discount), since it was included in the “buy $25″ deal.

@Lyndsey
You can do the $10 Ups on $25 4 times until 3/6/12…so unless you have already done it 4 times you are good.

Hi Lyndsey/Josie,

Thanks for this! Is it tracking? But the individual ups are limited right to 4 for the colgate toothpaste [$3.50 up each] and it seems like 5 for the toothbrushes [$1.50 up each]. Hoping for some toothbrush coups by 3/6. Does that coincide with the end of the winter rewards also? Am over halfway to it and am trying to get the $20 up! TIA!

@JenK – great idea! I needed one more thing and was looking for a smaller $ to get my $10 Ups!

Lyndsey February 18, 2012 at 4:38 pm

@K – Thank you so much for answering!! I’ve got lots of toothpaste stockpiled and didn’t want to waste the gas on a trip to Rite Aid unless it was really worth my while.

The Black History Month Rebate is here http://shopriteblackhistory.com/pdfs/BHM_ShopRiteRebate.pdf however, it is a ShopRite rebate and requires a ShopRite receipt in conjunction with the offer.

Josie February 18, 2012 at 8:55 pm

@Raquel – They are in-store on the tags. Hope that helps!

Josie February 18, 2012 at 8:56 pm

@Lyndsey – She is referring to the Colgate rebate that was in some inserts on 1/29 SS. Buy $10 Colgate items, get back $5 by mail. This rebate was very regional.

I didn’t get the Colgate rebate either. I could use 2 (one for my neighbor) if anyone has extras. I have Qs to trade, especially cat/dog food and baby products.
Thanks.

Every Saturday there are 3 free Spanish newspaper that are delivered to every home in my area. each newspaper comes w/the upcoming weekly ads and Q’s.

Well if you get this Spanish SMARTSOURCE, sometime back ago there they had: $1/1 COLGATE TOTAL ADVANCED 4 oz or greater (exp 02/20/2012) and there was also $0.75/1 COLGATE 360 TOOTHBRUSH (exp 02/20/2012). The toothbrush Q has a pix of a colgate optic white toothbrush but it reads 0.75 off on any colgate 360 manual toothbrush

Also a some weeks back WAGS had a colgate toothpaste deal that included a toothpaste with coupons in the box. There was a $1/1 colgate 360 manual toothbrush and $1/1 colgate toothpaste.

This was a complete fail for me tonight. I went in with my list and coupons ready…. and then BAM!!!…. not only did the “Swapmeet” people cleared the shelves on the free toothpaste and toothbrushes… but also my store separated the sizes and labeled them. The smaller sizes $3.99 4 oz are for the $25 for $5+up deal (not producing individual +ups) and the larger sizes 5.8-6 oz priced for $3.50 are the only ones producing the individual +ups. So there is no way this can be a “good” moneymaker now that corporate is catching up on our blogs. Really sucks…. and to those clearing up the shelves “you guys are ridiculous!!”

Britney February 21, 2012 at 7:30 am

Denise,
Perhaps it wasn’t the “swapmeet” people who cleared the shelves, but instead was the store putting away the toothpaste as other customers have reported. Another possibility is that there were many people who only took their limit of 4. I don’t understand why people always assume that a few people came in and cleared the shelves, especially when the deal is limit 4 away. That would assume that these few “swapmeet shelf-clearers” came back again and again, each time with different wellness cards. I believe that is highly unlikely. It was a good deal and you went to purchase it two days after it started. Next time go on Sunday.
