IHOP has been in my heart ever since I was a little girl. To me, their pancakes have just the right fluffiness and texture- a perfect way to start the morning (OR a late night meal ) Did you know that IHOP is now offering  3 NEW varieties of pancakes?

These new varieties include:

•         Red Velvet – Rich, chocolaty red velvet pancakes, drizzled with cream cheese icing, a dusting of powdered sugar and crowned with whipped topping.
•       Sweet Strawberry – Fluffy famous buttermilk pancakes crowned with cool strawberries in glaze, drizzled with cream cheese icing and crowned with whipped topping.
•       Whole Wheat Pancakes with Banana – Wholesome and lightly sweet fluffy whole wheat pancakes topped with fresh sliced bananas. (A healthier alternative!) 

I was given the opportunity to try the new Red Velvet Pancakes at IHOP. I am a fan of Red Velvet cake so this was right up my alley. Despite the rich  red color of the pancakes this was not overwhelming at all. The icing was very light and complimented the taste so wonderfully– I couldn’t help but go back for another bite!
