  OMG.. I received some appreciation coupons from Ralphs in the mail today and there are 2 great treats: 1 free Crest toothpaste and 1 free Kraft Mayo or Miracle Whip. This is the first time it has happened and I like it.

    I did too! Except my free coupons were for a dozen eggs and a box of cheerios! Another one i thought was awesome – $1 off when you spend $4 on produce the end of double coupons at ralphs hasnt been so bad after all, vons on the other hand might have me shopping elsewhere…

      When I saw your posts, I was wondering why I didn’t receive any customer appreciation coupons, but I received mine yesterday afternoon…a free jar of Ragu and a free bag of frozen Kroger brand veggies. It’s amazing how excited I was by the freebies. I miss doubles as well, but I have to admit that Ralph’s has had some good deals since ending the program. @SV, I live in Los Angeles and the Voila Skillet Meals are usually a little over $7.
