I bought the Glade Fragrance Mist Starter Kit and refill. It took the $3.00 coupon but the ecoupon didn’t work. I emailed customer service but they haven’t contacted me back (since Friday).. I’ll have to give them the call.. don’t forget there’s a rebate out there for the the starter kit too..

I had the same problem last week. Called customer service who looked into the matter and then emailed me saying they had loaded a $3.50 e-coupon onto my card that could be used towards any purchase. Let’s hope that one comes off.

Same problem here. The e-coupon didn’t work, so I returned the refill, although the cashier was so nice and said “I can just give it to you if you loaded on your card”, but I told her that maybe I did something wrong and will check out.

I also had that problem last week, spoke to the mgr and he refunded me the cost of the refill. I checked my Ralph’s card online and it still showed the e-coupon loaded, so I printed the proof. Two days later went back in to try the deal and it still did not work, showed them the proof of the e-coupon and they just deducted the cost of the refill.
