So if you purchased 4 Nivea Lotions the total would be $27.96 and then use 4 of the in-ad coupons for $3.oo off and 2 of the $2.00 off 1 mfr coupons that would make the total $11.96 but with the 10 back from the purchase of $20.00 in Nivea that woukd make it like you spent $1.96 for 4 is that right?

got 3 of the Q10′s which are 7.99 [7.19 with silver] i had 2 of the $3 coupons from a couple of weeks ago and printed the $2 today, used the 3 of the $3 in ad coupon [sep trans] and a $1rc coupon [two stores took them- the cashier at the 3rd said not 2 ra coupons and I know this store doesn't have a clue about coupons so i let it go.] paid .19 twice and 2.19 [+ tax] and got back the $10 up. very happy about that!

Hi Josie, I have a question for you about the in-ad RA coupons. I read everywhere in different comments all over the internet that there are people that use the in-ad coupon more than once. For instance they split up transactions, but that is going against what says in the fine print in the in-ad coupons: ‘Limit 1 per person’? So basically they are committing coupon fraude. Am I right or wrong?

To me, the coupon clearly states one per customer. If you are not following by the rules, its a lose-lose for everyone eventually– but it is not up to me to tell people what they should and shouldn’t do. We are all adults. :)

Does anyone know what the limit is for this monthly offer and when it expires?
    Thanks!

I had to buy 4 because of my gold discount, I got 3 lotions for $6.39 (reg. $7.99) and 1 for $4.79 (reg. $5.99). I also bought a Renu box with an xtra 4oz. solution.

    Another idea:
Buy 2 Q10 Skin Firming Lotion $9.44 (reg $10.49, but I have silver discount)
Buy 1 Kiss of Shimmer Lip Care $2.69 (you won’t have to do this if you don’t have discount)
    Use 2 $3/1 printables for Q10
Use 1 (or 2, if you dare) $3/1 RA in-ad coupon
    Pay $13.57 (or $10.57), Get $10 +UP
=$3.57 (or $.57) for all three

If you don’t have a discount, you can just buy the 2 Q10s and pay $11.98 (or $8.98) after coupons and get back $10 +UPs.

QUESTION: How close to the total required do you have to get to receive +UP rewards?

You have to spend $20.00 total or more, BEFORE discounts, coupons, etc. are applied. “Close too” doesn’t count here……only in horseshoes. In my early days of couponing I remember going to a CVS and $30.00 was the magic number to get $10.00 back, my total was $29.97 so I figured “3 cents…they’ll give it to me”….NOPE…lol…..had to learn the hard way!!!

Oh, because in the past, they usually give them to you if you are a few cents short. I read somewhere that there’s a 97% rule, or something like that. Can someone verify, please? Thx!

I am pretty new to couponing. I was overwhelmed, so I decided to get rolling my ECB’s down at CVS first. Today I branched out to do the Nivea deal at RA. I bought 3 Nivea at $7.99, which was $23.97 before tax. After coupons it came to $10.97, but I did not get my +UP :( I was so bummed. I was so frustrated with the whole experience. I looked at the bottom of each receipt, the first one says $7.99 towards the deal, second says $15.98, and the last one says $7.99 as if it dropped the previous $15.98. No one at the store could explain why. Anyone have a clue why? Ugh……
