Store in Norco is closing also. They are starting 25% off tomorrow and go from there. I went in today – it looked pretty desolate already (no meat or displays).

Do you know if the are still accepting coupons?

I asked today at the Norco store and the manager said they are accepting coupons. But I don’t know how the liquidation prices will be. If off the sale prices then great, but if off shelf price, not good. So sad how empty the store looked, felt like a catastrophe happened and everyone was stockpiling food.

My store is also closing. I went today to take advantage of the doublers before they expired, and they were still accepting coupons. They had a lot of items on clearance mostly the Essential Everyday brand, These are some of the Items I found on sale; (store brand) toaster pastries 8ct. $1.29 cake frosting $1, apple juice $1.25, loaf of bread $1, peanut butter $1.25, crackers $1. I also did find a couple named brand items like a box of Quaker granola bars 12 ct. for $2.50 and they also had Ice on sale a 10 lb bag for $1.99. I thought these were good deals. Also I noticed at the bottom of their sale ad for this week it says that sale prices will not be effective for closing stores. Make sure you take a look in your store to see what you can find on clearance.

Hi Julie just got back from albie’s and they are not accepting coupons, but every customer was complaining about their prices even with the discount it was just ridiculous! still too high giving the discount off the shelf price. I saw (3) 90% stands and it was Asian food, Jewish food lucky me i cook Asian and Jewish, but nothing else to stand out :-(

I was looking for the $1/2 Stagg chili coupon in the 9/9/12 SS insert and I cannot find it… :( All that I found was the $1/2 Hormel chili coupon… Is that the one that you were talking about in this week matchups?

Hey Faye! If the coupon is listed with a “R” after the insert date (like in this case (SS 09/09/12 R)), that means it’s a “regional” coupon and not every paper received it. I know you get the LA Times, and although the LA Times typically gets most all coupons, there are occasionally a few that we won’t get :-( . Hope that helps!

Can anyone confirm that the ones listed are the ONLY ones included or are there more (and if so, what others)?

The $5 cat for baby products printed, but it says save $5.00 of any future baby purchase. Does anyone know if I can use this for groceries as well? Also does albie cat roll?
