I have read about people not getting pts if total after qs is under $15. Altho the simple products seem to be working for the 1500. I wanted to do simple and l’oreal- I think l’oreal make up is bogo50 and I saw a manu q for it and possibly a wags q in an Aug insert? Of course the deal is much better if I was to get the 3k pts.
I spent $32.80 on Simple cleansers before coupons and $17.80 after coupons and did not receive either 3000 for spending 15 or 6000 after spending 30 (which is what I was hoping for). I only got the 1500 per Simple item. I called customer service and they said give it 3-5 days. I have a feeling though that I’m going to have to call back.
was that for 4 items- so you got 3k for simple right? like a double dip? I’d be curious to know if the other 3k show up. too much work for me.
I purchased 7 simple products, 5 wipes and 2 cleansers. I got 10,500 points – 1500 per simple item. But no points at all for spending on beauty items: neither 3000 for $15 or the 6000 for $30, which I was hoping for. I was on hold for over 10 minutes with customer service and then they told me to wait and see if the points post. It is turning out to be a lot of work.

I did 4 of the simple makeup wipes and did not get it either. I called customer service and they said it would take 3 to 5 days as well. She seemed to think it shouldn’t be an issue but let’s see at the end of the week.
