I was at Safeway when I got te tweet about this so I went and tried it and the coupon didn’t work. I was told it does not include the grinders. There are spices that are buy 2 get one free so you can stack the $2 Safeway q with the $1.75/2 man q and its still a good deal

Loaded it, didn’t work on the grinders, tried the in ad store q, didn’t work either, then she tried to tell me it was $2.00 off 1, so I tried my $1.75 off manufacturer and she said I couldn’t use it either, so i left, vons is a waste a time, ugh!!

i never bought a paper that week. i only have the hispanic one that came to the house and i dont think it had it in the insert…..bummer since i try to have low sodium in diet and use tons of spices instead

Guess salt & pepper aren’t spices in Vons world! They need to be more specific about which items are included and which are not. Uggghhhh.
On another note, Josie, is the Huggies deal worth it? $29.99 with the $6 digital q plus the $3 man. q? $20.99 total. The value packs usually haveover 100, right? Sorry, I’m a new soon to be mommy and I’m trying to figure out the best diaper deals!
I personally think the Big Packs are a better deal.
They are $16.99 wyb 2, minus all the coupons they should be $9.99 ea. I am working on a post now

I saw parsley flakes on sale Buy 2 get 1 free (reg. retail $1.79)…I wonder if the coupon would work on these…you could get 3 for free!

It worked for me on the grinders! I went to Pavilions, though. Also, I think the cashier manually input the deduction, because he originally only deducted $2 for two until I told him there was a limit of two. This plus the ALL detergents added up to an 89% savings. That’s a good day at the market.
I am such a newbie at this. I completely forgot my manu q’s.
I went to Von’s and noticed the coupon didn’t work. I use the salt and pepper grinders on everything (especially when my husband grills) so I still took them but I would have saved more had I had my q’s with me.
I tried to work this deal last night at my Vons of Soledad in Canyon Country and was denied on the grinders. They claim the coupon is only for Gourmet and Red Cap McCormick items only.
Does the $2.00 off coupon work on any of the other spices?
