This sauce is incredibly easy to make from scratch and would cost about one fifth of the price. Buy 6 guajillo chiles and a clove of garlic. Toast the chiles lightly, blend with water or chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Other spices like cumin or oregano are optional. It tastes a whole lot better too.
