My Name is Josie and I live in sunny Southern California and I am a stay at home mom to three beautiful boys. We all know that living in California is a task of it's own and saving in California IS possible! I started this blog mainly to share all the awesome deals out there and show others how to save in any area of life. Even though you may make the commitment to be frugal and pinch your pennies doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice!
I got my 3 bags today, what a great deal!
Awesome cant wait to do this deal i got a sample a few days ago in the mail with a $4/1 Purina One dog food coupon with no size restrictions so ill pay $4.47 +tax and get back a $5 target gift card
thank you
Sweet Martin- how’d you get the sample/q?
It was about a month and a half ago from walmarts website and when i got it there was a coupon inside with the sample
Oh very nice, my dogs love this food!
I got the same sample and $4 coupon. Woohoo!
Anyone know on prices for the cat food/if it is included?
No:( I checked yesterday at 2 different stores
I just left target and they are 6.99 nag and no gift card. Where did this info come from.
I did this at my Temecula store on Tuesday.
I did it in Encinitas on Tuesday, too.
I did it today in Tustin and worked great. The gift card deal was marked on a tag. Just wish I had remembered that I had the $4.00/1 coupon from the free sample. Oh well….
This was at the Lake Elsinore store. I think I will go talk to manager. It sounds like a lot of the other stores have this deal. I usually go to Clinton Keith.
You should always try the deals at the register, sometimes they don’t put the signs up. This happened to me when they had a gift card deal with the emergen-c, anyways if the gift card does not come up you can always void the transaction
I found out that the cat food is not included-thanks Ambur…it is $7.02 a bag, which isn’t bad for that brand I suppose. I scanned the dog and cat food bags, and neither one said anything about the gift card, but it came up on the register with no problem. I heard that you can scan the promo items, and that the price scanner would let you know if there is a gift card deal…can anyone tell me what I should be looking for? Thanks!
I did this today in San Clemente- worked perfectly. My doggie thanks you
