  Josie: I am getting so frustrated with ibotta. The first time I tried to use it ws for the Frosted Flakes. Had earned it, went to redeem it – gone. These next two times, when I try to load my receipt, the product doesn’t show up for that store. Today, I purchase both the Optic White tooth paste and mouth wash at Walgreens. When I went to upload my receipt, the products do not show up. It shows up on Rite Aid, Vons, Ralphs, ect. Help!

  Hey Josie! My ibotta is stating that I cannot redeem the Colgate Optic Deal at Walgreens…this is the first time I have had this happen. I went to the FAQ’s and it states that some offers are not available at certain stores…I never noticed this before. Have you had this happen? I already purchased it and didn’t get a horrible deal since I used rewards but it still stinks! Lol…
