You can usually snag pretty cheap Downy at Food4Less. They normally carry a .99 bottle and we have a $1.50/2 (P&G 01/27/13).
I normally don’t buy peanut butter so I don’t know what a good deal is
but I was at Walmart (San Diego Murphy Canyon Rd)
and as you are going past the food aisles there is stuff on clearance.
Skippy Natural Creamy peanut butter spread 15 oz
was on sale $1.50 (normally $3.13).
I picked up a couple of jars and the cashier acted like it was a good deal.
fyi – Huggies are on sale at Vallarta for 8.99 this week. Used the 2.50 Q for OOP 6.49/package.
