AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge Meal Plan (Days 1-5)

I mentioned last week that I was ready to reset my eating habits and lose more weight. AdvoCare is helping me do this with the 24Day challenge… I also plan to get ready for summer–because I’m done having babies and I want my body back! 😉

This is my second challenge. Since my first (in Dec) I lost a total of 23 lbs to-date. I’ve eliminated my coffee habit with the help of AdvoCare’s Spark Energy Drink and I feel a ton lighter!! The first 10 days of the Challenge is basically a cleanse… I will be cleaning my body out to eliminate all the toxins that are keeping me from losing (This Cleanse is gentle and uneventful, but VERY effective) 

Here is my first 5 Day meal plan. I will be adapting Paleo Style meals throughout my entire challenge and plan to share my favorite recipes and weight loss story:

Day 1: 

  • Breakfast AdvoCare Meal Replacement shake
  • Mid-morning snack: Pistachios and Apple
  • Lunch: Chicken Breast and romaine lettuce
  • Mid-afternoon snack: Avocado + Strawberries (don’t knock it until you try it! 😉 )
  • Dinner: Salmon and Bok Choy

Day 2: 

Same as above except for dinner:

Spaghetti Squash and Ground Turkey Meat Sauce

Day 3: 

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal
  • Mid-morning snack: Pistachios and Apple
  • Lunch: Salmon and Bok Choy from dinner
  • Mid-afternoon snack: Apple & Banana
  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Romaine

Day 4:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal
  • Mid-Morning snack: Avocado + Strawberries
  • Lunch: Romaine Salad with avocado, chicken and lime juce
  • Mid-afternoon snack: Pistachios
  • Dinner: Sesame Shrimp with Napa Cabbage
Day 5
  • Breakfast AdvoCare Meal Replacement shake
  • Mid-morning snack: Pistachios and Apple
  • Lunch: Sesame Shrimp with Napa Cabbage
  • Mid-afternoon snack: Avocado + Pistachios
  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast with Avocado and Strawberry salad
After I complete this 10-Day Cleanse, my energy is so much higher and my waistline as already begun shrinking.. I lost the most weight during the cleanse.. which was great because results are not always quick to see when you diet.

      This one is very expensive, too, B.B. I think her last post said she spends $195.

      You can Google Advocare ingredients and do a little digging around and see what these products have in them, though, and make your own decision on how healthy (or not,) it is and if it’s worth it to you.

    Awesome! My opinion is you can’t put a price tag on your health. I love how y’all broke down the 1st 5 days. Its definitely the hardest. Once you get through the cleanse and move on to the mns.(my favorite is the MAX E…) your going to realize your $ was well spent. :)
