so can you use RR to make your 10$ less OOP or do you have to actually spend 10$ to get it?
The offer I rcvd is for 2,000 points on any purchase (not a $10 min purchase). Seems the one Josie rcv’d is more strict than mine. I’m not sure if I would chance an OOP total below $10, if the offer I received were worded like the one Josie posted above?? But read your offer closely, maybe yours is valid on any purchase as well.
