I’m super excited to share this awesome meal plan with you! I’ve put together 14 meals from Winco for $100! Also, If you don’t have a Winco nearby–you could do this with Food4Less as well– their prices are similar! (possibly less depending on what you already have on hand)

I know its hard to meal plan (I STILL struggle with it) but after several years of attempting it in hopes to keep our food budget on lock down– I do this every two weeks now! It really helps keep spending in check and having the meals planned each day, avoids the “what will will have for dinner tonight?” at 5pm!

I like to call these one-pot meals. These are meals that have a starch, protein and veggie mixed together! All of these meals are made to feed my family of 5 (three growing boys!) so, if you have more people or older children–you may need to adjust accordingly.

You can do one shopping trip or split it in two. Also, there are a couple of meals here that you will pre-make and freeze. Also, I am assuming that you have most of the basics (eggs, spices, some herbs) so please pay close attention to the ingredients on each recipe. In the end, you will spend $100 or less which means $50 PER week to feed a family of 5!
