There is a new $10 P&G Mail in Rebate available! I’m really excited about this because we can use with coupons and any promos that offer us cash or store rewards back to lower our out of pocket expense!

I found this rebate announcement in the Albertsons Book of Savings and it does state that the rebate forms are found in-store. (I suggest trying customer service)
